I went to emergency last night with breathlessness, neck pain, headache and lightheadedness. ecg normal. blood tests normal. lungs sound clear with no blood clots. what else would cause those symptoms?

If there was a new exposure to a new substance, food shortly before these symptoms, consider allergy testing. If this recurs a head CT may be indicated. Monitor your blood pressure and avoid stress.
