It depends: on why this child required diphtheria and tetanus immunoglobulin titers in the first place. Most children go through the 3 stage DPaT vaccinations and never require Ig titers. Those titer concentrations mean that the necessary immunoglobulins against those conditions were undetectable in assay. Whether that means low immunity depends on the situation and the child. Ask MD that required titers.
