? Asthma: Better visit your doctor, need to rule out asthma or heart problem, unlikely, if a bronchodilator helps, most probably you would have a reactive airway disease, sorry for your grandfather, but asthma isn't a hereditary disease, and not every asthmatic die of asthma, it is rather a highly controlable disease, many Olympic gold medalists have the disease and lead a very healthy life with treatment
