Your doctor must gui: I am sure that the doctor who removed your poly would have some advice for you. Did you not ask? Why did you go see this doctor in the first place. we need your full history. Since your polyp is benign , there is nothing further to be done right now. You may need a recheck in 5-10 years, but seek guidance from your present doctor.
