Stay on the ground: Get your definitive treatment. Delay can be deadly. With the pressure changes involved and a mass that may obstruct your bowel or start bleeding, you're asking to have a medical catastrophe on the plane and greatly inconvenience a few hundred people. That's my advice. I'm a pilot too and would not let you fly in my plane. Best wishes.
