Concern: How long have you had the fever? What other symptoms? At your age it could be as simple as a virus or it could be as critical as meningitis. You should definitely see a phsyician if the fever lasts more than 3 days, if you have any neck pain, if you are not staying well-hydrated, or if you have pain in your chest or abdomen.Without more details, best advice; see a doctor.
