URI: bad respiratory viral season right now It's not recommended to use meds in this age group but use of a humidifier, Vicks and nightime head elevation can help. nasal saline spray and suctioning can also be used. homeopathic cold and cough meds are ok and can relieve some of the symptoms. If the cough becomes persistent or fever occurs you may want to see your doctor
