Dear sir i got acne old scars on my face i have done fractional co2 but i am not satisfied with the result. would you recommend the best solution.

May need another: Acne scars are difficult, box car scars respond better tht the deep ice pick scars however its rare for a single fractional C02 treatment to resolve the scars. I imagine that some are flatter , less deep. Often 2-3 sessions are required and a result of 50% improvement is considered a success. If you don't want laser you can try a deeper chemical peel at a dermatologists office
