How long have you: been on the anti-tubercular treatment (ATT) protocol? If you have more pain it is possible that your TB treatment may be inadequate, though transient pain in the spine in someone with Pott's disease should be tolerated as normal. I would hold course with the ATT, monitor your back pain and see how you feel once treatment is completed. You may have to live with chronic pain I'm afraid.
