Knee injury: may mean ligament damage or meniscal injury. You can injure the meniscus cartilage that lines all around your knee joint, causing a partial tear, and the part would be hanging about inside the joint causing the "clicking" sound when you move. Swelling, or joint effusion, would prevent you from bending it fully. Please get yourself to a family or orthopedic doctor to diagnose and treat.
