I'm having random twitching all over body, mainly while i'm resting, also crawling sensation mostly thighs/head. i'm healthy i don't have other symptoms. i have ibs tho

It's really common: Muscle twitching is common, especially associated with too much coffee, stress or not enough sleep. Anxiety is probably the biggest cause.Muscle cramping caused by over-exertion or dehydration can also be the problem. People worry that they might have ALS/Lou Gehrig's disease, but it is actually VERY uncommon. I suspect the crawling sensation is also benign. See doctor if it persists/progresses.
