I have had a termination about 6 weeks ago and just starting bleeding but only for one day what can be wrong?

Maybe nothing: if the bleeding is mild (less than a normal period), and you have no pain or fever, you can probably watch for a day or two and see if it stops. If you have any major issue, you should consult with the doctor who did the procedure.
