Red bump on knees: May be clot or bakers cysts, or swelling from tendonosis, .Not sure why it reappears when icing as ice causes contraction that usually make things diminish in size( though ice can make things red due to inflammation if very cold-like in the winter). To detect clot need doppler ultrasound that would also note Baker's cyst and possibly some tendinosis. f/u w/doc
