causes of bed wetting in a 28 year old. happened only one time. i had my urine checked and it was clear. blood pressure was normal. blood tests done and all clear. can bed wetting be because of something serious ?

Nocturnal enuresis: Been drinking alcohol? Full Bladder? Dreaming of urinating? Markedly stressed? If this has only occurred once and you checked out as healthy, I would stop worrying. However, a pattern of bedwetting would be another issue.

Agree with Dr. : Do not drink alcohol and limit your fluid and caffeine intake after 4 pm.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
