Muscles: If you mean what powder can you take to increase muscle development you might consider whey/protein powder. Please avoid ones made from milk from cows that are penned up and fed antibiotics and hormones. Free range grass fed cows are best. Also, please don't use it as a substitute for a good diet. Muscles increase by repairing themselves after breaking up fibers through exercise.
