Stage of life: It is wonderful that you are active, strong and healthy enough to do all those physical things. Your change of age is the reason that things are different with your body. Well maintained bodies can last and function well for a long time, but they are not the same as younger ones. Just stay as well & strong as you can. Don't be peter pan. Drink from the fountain of life, not the fountain of youth!
