Rebound: Don't rebound. When you hit your goal of ten pounds don't stop. You are best to continue the healthy changes that got you there in first place.

Life style changes: You need to make permanent life style changes to diet and exercise in order to keep the weight off. You change these habits while you are on the diet then you go back to your old habits and put the weight back on. Make a permanent change. To your diet and exercise daily and the weight will stay off.
