Sometime when i strain in the bathroom my hr would drop suddenly from 80 to 60-55 and beats hard then seconds later it jumps to 120-135 hard and anxiety strikes the next hour it's up and down, panic?

Vagal effect: It is normal for the heart to slow when you are straining (vagal effect) and then rebound with an acceleration of the heart beat after you relax. The variability for the next hour is most likely from your anxiety. Take it easy. This is the way a normal 19yo body works. Normal physiology.
