Not likely: in General, men do not grow once they have finished puberty. At age 19, you most likely have stopped growing and if you were to grow any more, it would only be a very small amount. Don't let your height determine your happiness! Many men who are shorter than you are happy and successful!

No growth last year?: If no growth in the past year, then growth has finished. Otherwise, one might grow a bit. Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person can do to change one's height.
