Control: And A-1 C at 5.6 is considered amazing I think your regimen may be too overly aggressive and should be back down. Diabetes is diagnosed with an A1 C of 6.5 or higher. Talk to your PCP and see if you can make slight adjustments to not allow your sugars to be too overly controlled as this can cause multiple hypoglycemic events
