Lumpy'lMakeYouGrumpy: Small cysts can form in that area that can hurt due to the pressure that builds up in them. Kinda like a deep zit. Best not to keep fiddling with it-just makes it worse. Leave it alone for two weeks. If still there, then go see a dermatologist to help you figure out what to do next. Go sooner if it's getting worse.
