Spurred to move on.: I'm not quite sure just what you mean by asking if a "spur can move to the inside." First , Where is the spur located? Back of heel or bottom of heel are two common locations. Second, spurs just don't move. They typically develop slowly over time. They are, generally in response to stressful pulling on the bone. It sounds as though, in your case, it involves the Achilles tendon. I hope this helps.
