Anything that: adds heat to your body or prevents heat loss from your body may increase your body temperature. Normal temp. can range from 97 -99.9 degrees. Our bodies have ways (including sweating & shivering) to maintain a safe body temperature. If you start feeling uncomfortably hot while in the sun, you should find some shade, take a dip in a pool and/or drink a cold liquid.
