May be infection: It's not uncommon for a skin infection, even one with MRSA (methicillin resistant staph aureus) to look exactly like a bug bite. Unless you actually saw the bug bite you, i would wonder if you have an infection. If it is growing - and especially if you have any other symptoms going along with the reddened area, please be seen today. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
