I'm having dubin johnson syndrome nd my normal bilirubin around 9 to 12. now it raised to 21 and my us report says haematomegly liver 15.1 cm.

Don't treat labs: Dubin-johnson seldom causes trouble, and all labs fluctuate. I'd ignore the elevation if you feel healthy, look for another cause if you're sick. Occasionally a new medicine will kick up you folks' bilirubins. Glad you're taking a proactive approach to your health.
