My child is 3 year old and since last 3 months she is having white granules on all over the body (more on face). now they are spreading to inner port?

Skin lesions: Why is she taking acyclovir? Do the white bumps have a tiny dimple in them? Do they itch, bleed, burn? May be a viral infection called molluscum contagiosum. Usually resolves on own in 1-2 years, but treatment can speed recovery. Topical Imiquimod may help. Cryotherapy can b effective for small areas. (scratching can spread virus). Pulsed dye laser is being used for difficult cases. See peds/derm.
