She needs medical Ck: From your description, it appears that she may be having some bleeding from her stomach. Blood loss can cause Anemia and anemia shows up as pale skin and weakness, dizziness etc. She needs to be checked by a doctor today or tomorrow as the bleeding from stomach can become a serious problem.
