Frequent headaches at different but particular spots spread throughout the head that last for some seconds and then go away , in a 16 year old . it has been like this since a few days . could it be due to my poor eyesight? or is it any other problem?

The best way to address it is to have your vision evaluated and have corrective lenses if you need to. There is not enough information provided above in your statement to tell you the cause of your headache however eye strain sometimes could cause headache so could tension or vascular hyperreactivity cause headache.
