Many causes: Many causes, often cancer treatment regiment an have this as a side effect. Frequent cause in otherwise healthy individual is dehydration. Other common cause is side effects from medications. Check out your fluid intake -- write down record - for 3 days and see. Your urine should be clear or light yellow if properly hydrated. Good Luck.
