Zero risk: The asbestos needs to be aerosolized and there needs to be a substantial amount. I'm really sorry you got a scare. Frightening the public over non-dangers makes money for crooks and sadly puts the emotional health of ordinary people at risk. Do stay away from asbestos-filled buildings that are being demolished, and if you must be involved in asbestos removal, wear safety gear.
