I've been on detrol, ditropan la, vesicare, enablex, and now myrbetriq for oab for a number of years and had a bladder lift sling surgery done about 12 years ago. however, the frequency and urge have returned with a vengeance! i am up appx. every 2 hours

OAB: You're describing an overactive bladder. If medications aren't helping and voiding on a schedule or "retraining" isn't helpful, you may want to consider other options such as Botox or Interstim. You should see a specialist in female pelvic medicine for an evaluation.
