Check pricing: AREDS2 has proven value for slowing the progression of dry AMD. Omega 3 does not although it might help with eye dryness. Check out the extra cost of the AREDS2 with omega 3 and see if Omega 3 supplements alone add less cost. You might save money although the benefits for macular degeneration are doubtful.
