Not definitive: It appears that both EPA and DHA should be included; data which is not conclusive suggests that they are both beneficial. Additionally, gamma-linoleic acid or GLA/Omega-6 may be helpful. Some data suggests combining these fatty acids may optimize their ability to favorably influence inflammation. Best wishes.
