Allergic Rhinitis: Symptoms sound like allergies. Allergic rhinitis presents with variety of symptoms including nasal congestion, running, and itching (eyes and nose) that can be seasonal or year round. Triggers at her age are most likely allergic in nature (animal dander, pollen, dust mites). See an Allergist for testing to confirm triggers. Avoidance measures, nasal sprays, and allergy shots can be helpful.
