Tension: Could be allergies or mild sinus irritation or simply tension in the forehead muscles. Craniosacral therapy, chiropractic and chinese medicine can be very helpful in keeping her aligned well and reducing the muscle/ fascia tension. If you are worried have your pediatrician see her.
