Nonspecific: These symptoms are not diagnostic of one disorder and may not be interrelated. A viral gastrointestinal infection could be present for one thing. The neck pain radiating to the shoulder may be due to an inflamed or strained muscle or a pinched nerve. The lymph node should be evaluated by an MD if it doesn't recede or if it continues to enlarge and in and of itself shouldn't cause pain radiating
