Swollen Nodes: if they are swollen to the extent you can't move your next this requires an evaluation. There may be an infection in the area they drain, they may be infected or some other process may be be occurring. Rather than guess get them examined, which will guide the subsequent treatment.

See PCP: right away. There are multiple possibilities so it is best not to speculate. Seek proper evaluation and appropriate tests to aid in correct diagnosis and thus proper treatment.
