Lose weight to normal BMI, avoid smoking, avoid excessive etoh and other drugs. Monitor and treat for Diabetes and cholesterol. r/o sleep apnea. Exercise, enough sleep, rest, fun. Avoid too much stress.Start by downloading the DASH diet and read it. If on meds take them daily. Work with your doctors . Good luck. It can be managed well!
