Crepitations: are signs of wearing of the cartilage between your bones could occur with normal aging or post traumatic. Hard to tell without knowing your age

Wrist problem.: That would seem to suggest that two of the eight bones in the wrist are hitting into each other. Those bones are connected by ligaments, and a tear of one of those ligaments can lead to two bones encroaching upon each other, causing contact and clicking. You may need an X-ray and/or MRI to know for sure.
