Pass: Hello, nicotine level in blood usually has a half-life of 3 to 4 hours, so that means your body should clear up all nicotine out by Friday, I would say that you would pass the test

Generally yes: Cotinine (which is what is usually measured rather than nicotine) remains in serum for 1-2 days and in urine for 3-4 days after cessation, depending on how heavy a smoker you were.
