High Vit B12 levels: Although it will probably turn out to be insignificant, there are a few hematologic diseases and liver diseases which can present with a high serum vitamin B12 level. Since yours has been elevated twice now, even though not exceedingly high, it might be worthwhile to undergo a general physical and labs to be sure that there are no underlying diseases present other than fibromyalgia. Good luck.
