Cocaine Dependence: Cocaine causes a short-lived, intense high that is followed by intense depression which may lead to harm to oneself and others. It increases the risk of heart attack, stroke, seizure or breathing failure. Alprazolam does not help the depression. It is habit forming. Your Life is Precious! Go to E.R. for diagnosis, see a Psychiatrist for Therapy, go to Rehab Program or NA Meetings as recommended.
