Can throat cancer symptoms come and go? i'm wondering because i had some throat irritation and tightness that went away for 2 weeks and it's back now.

Cancer unlikely: It is very unlikely that you have throat cancer. If the symptoms do not improve in a week or so, it would be prudent to see your doctor to ascertain the cause.
