Hard to say: You might. Although I have a friend with similar phobia and hasn't thrown up in over 20 years.

Stomach virusn i: You likely are having a case of gastroenteritis which will run its course and you very soon will recover from it. This kind of illness is short lived. You may suffer from vomiting, if it is excessive then call your doctor.
