A member asked:

Can miralax (polyethylene glycol) cause nausea & vomiting if no food/water in system? she had an enema & throws up any food b/c of flu she got a few days later. 2wks now.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not common: Vomiting and diarrhea is not a regular side effect of Miralax, (polyethylene glycol) an alternate cause should be considered.
