Maybe: It is possible someone never runs a fever, but it's not common. The fever is caused by your brain telling your body to heat it. It's possible the signaling is not that strong from your brain, or you body doesn't have a robust response. In bad infection, low temp can be as bad a fever and we don't really use the number of the fever to determine the severity of the illness.
