Something Extra.: For a sundry of reasons, not every one can take Advil or any other non steroidal type medication. I reason it this way. Although Tylenol (acetaminophen) does relieve pain, Advil has the potential to reduce pain by reducing inflammation, the proximal cause of the pain. You decide.
