Im taking prescription ibuprofen pain in my ankles, 800milligrams. is it safe to also take regular strength tylenol (acetaminophen) with that 325miligrams?

Check with your Doc: I would contact the dr who prescribed you the Ibuprofen before you begin taking the tylenol (acetaminophen). Although, in some instances it is ok to do this because they are different classes of medications - without knowing your medical history or other meds that you take, i would be cautious to recommend it. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory whereas tylenol (acetaminophen) (acetominophen) is an analgesic (pain reliever).
