Have it checked: It is recommend to see your primary doctor or a urologist to have physical exam. Also testicular ultrasound would be the best test to make sure no testicular mass or tumor.

Epididymal Cyst: It could be epididymal cyst, but have it checked out with physical exam and an ultrasound to confirm the origin of the swelling
