I'm taking 1mg clonazepam daily for anxiety. been on it 12 days. doctor wants me to take it for 3 months. is this safe? withdrawal? i am scared.

Yes...safe: After 3 months, it would be safe to wean off 1 mg/day. First, 0.5 mg/day x 7 days, than 1/4 mg x 7 days. Rebound anxiety is the biggest concern
